Born and raised in Augusta, GA, Christina Blount grew up immersed in the world of real estate. With two driven real estate parents, conversations about buying, selling, investing, and negotiating became part of everyday life. Those early experiences sparked what has now become her passion — helping people find the right place to call home.

Christina attended Augusta State University while working evenings at a local attorney’s office, where she coordinated real estate closings for three years. This role provided invaluable insight into contracts, title work, and the legal side of real estate transactions. During that time, she also joined Leading Edge Real Estate in a marketing role before transitioning into the accounting department and earning her BBA in Accounting in 2011.

In 2012, Christina earned her real estate license and quickly became a trusted agent within the company. Over the years, she has served as a Buyer’s Agent, Property Manager, and now an Associate Broker, bringing a unique combination of professionalism, strong communication, financial knowledge, and true client care.

Christina is known for her calm guidance, responsiveness, and ability to help clients feel informed and supported through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process. Whether she is assisting first-time home buyers, relocation clients, investors, or homeowners seeking qualified tenants, her goal is simple:
