Southwind Village- New subdivision in Evans, GA

Southwind village, one of Columbia County's newest neighborhood developments, is underway off of Hereford farm road, in Evans, Georgia. The neighborhood will have about 96 lots.

One of the builders in Southwind Village will be Wilson Parker Homes. They will have homes in the low $200,000 range up to mid $350,000. Square footage ranges from around 2,200 all the way up to 6,000 plus square feet.

There are a multitude of different floorplans you can choose from! Most floorplans have different “elevations” or packages that you can choose from. Wilson Parker is a certified Georgia Power EarthCents energy-efficient home builder. All of the homes they build meet HERS testing approval and is subjected to blower test for energy efficiency. They use Anderson Silverline premium windows with insulated double-pane construction with “Low E” glass and tilt operation. Smoke detectors are installed on 1st and 2nd floors and all bedrooms. High efficiency central heat and air conditioning systems are installed. Electrical systems grounded through foundation for additional safety.



All new Wilson Parker Homes come with a 2-10 Home buyer Warranty Program. This is also transferable to a new buyer if you were to sell for some reason. There is also a full-time warranty department with 24-hour emergency response system and a 10-month warranty checklist.
